Here is a collection of our responses to commonly-asked questions. These will help you get familiar with how we have built Telegenixx to support you and your wellbeing.

How do I join Telegenixx?

Click the link here (app.telegenixx.com). Telegenixx will confirm your eligibility and you will be able to subscribe to a care plan

Can family or friends use my Telegenixx account?

No. Sharing a patient account is forbidden by law. Every individual is

required to set up their own account.

 

Can I use Telegenixx outside of the United States?

Service (telemedicine and medication delivery) is only available to US residents. If travelling internationally, you will still have access to your online portal.

 

I'm an active Telegenixx patient; can you ship my order to me internationally?

No, our pharmacy partners can only ship within the USA.

 What areas of care does Telegenixx support?

Telegenixx provides access to regenerative care physicians that can aid and assist in areas such as:

  • Weight Loss or Management

  • Peri / Menopause

  • Mental Clarity and Anxiety Reduction

  • Injury Repair and Recovery

What is included in my membership?

All memberships include:

  • Quarterly consultations with your Telegenixx physician

  • Lab tests

  • Medications and supplements

  • Platform access

How much does Telegenixx membership cost?

Cost depends on your all-inclusive care plan:

Tier 1 is $299 per month; Tier 2 is $499 per month; Tier 3 is $899 per month. There will never be any extra charges on top of your monthly subscription fee.

Who can join Telegenixx?

Those who:

  • Are over the age of 18

  • Are physically located in the United States

  • Do not have specific risk factors in their health histories (e.g. certain diagnoses)

Does Telegenixx accept insurance?

No, we are subscription based and all-inclusive, so you know what you’ll pay up front. We focus on price transparency and reducing overall costs for our patients.

Does Telegenixx accept Medicare or Medicaid?

No, we do not.

How do I update my payment information?

You will have a chance to update your payment information before the renewal of each monthly billing cycle via the Telegenixx app

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Telegenixx has a minimum 3-month commitment. Cancellations can occur at the end of each period with a 30 day warning.

What is your refund policy?

Who are the Telegenixx physicians?

Our care is provided by a network of U.S. board-certified practitioners, who are leaders in the regenerative care space. You will be able to see individual qualifications of your physician when matched through the platform. All physicians are required to be certified and trained in our care plans by our Medical Advisory Board.

What kind of medications are prescribed in Telegenixx care plans?

Telegenixx care plans are made up of a variety of compounded medications and supplements, which are carefully curated, and put together by our Medical Advisory Board.

How are the compounded medications taken?

Based on your care plan, the medications will either be injectables, transdermal creams, capsules, or nasal sprays.

Can I take my prescription to a pharmacy of my choosing?

Prescriptions issued on the Telegenixx platform will be sent to one of our partner compounding pharmacies to be dispensed. The medications prescribed cannot be filled by a regular pharmacy such as a CVS or Walgreens. Telegenixx has no ownership nor  financial interests in any compounding pharmacy.

How do I receive my prescriptions?

One of our partner pharmacies will mail the medication directly to your door.

How long does it take medication to arrive?

Usually, medication will arrive within 4-7 days of your prescription being issued by your physician.

Are labs required for all care plans?

Yes. Each care plan will have a tailored lab protocol which allows the doctor to safely prescribe and personalize your care plan.

How often do I need to complete labs?

Labs are completed yearly, except for with the peri/menopause labs plan, where they are completed twice yearly.

If I have recently completed labs, can I use those results instead of getting labs done again?

Yes! If you have the necessary labs completed within the last 6 months, reach out to support@telegenixx.com and we can upload those labs to your account for your physician to review.

How do I complete my labs?

Depending on the state you are located; your labs will be completed by LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics. All states but New York have the option of mobile phlebotomy (approximately 3-7 days processing time) or you can schedule an appointment or walk into any Lab Corp (approximately  1-3 days processing time). For New York, we ask you to schedule an appointment with Quest Diagnostics to complete your labs.
