Refund Policy

EFFECTIVE: [06/01/2022]

1.   Initial membership fees cover the first 90 days of service (the “Initial Subscription Period”) and are non-refundable. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled during this period. At the conclusion of the Initial Subscription Period, memberships can be cancelled as set forth in this policy.

2.   Cancellation requests must be sent at least 30 days prior to the end of the subscription term. Subscription terms require 90-day commitment and are billed at a monthly rate. Cancellation requests can be sent via email to support@telegenixx.com. Subscribers who are within the Initial Subscription Period may send cancellation requests at any time prior to the 60-day mark of their subscription, and the subscription will be terminated at the end of 90 days. Initial subscriptions and prepaid subscription fees are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your account, notify us at least 30 days before the end of your subscription term (via an email to support@telegenixx.com).

 

3.   All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each 90-day subscription term, unless 30 days prior notification is provided. If notification is not provided within these parameters, the subscription will be cancelled at the end of the following subscription term.

4.   You can alter your Telegenixx program at any time, however Telegenixx does not refund any fees and will begin your new billing rate at the start of the next billing period.

5.   Fees are non-refundable even if services or products were not used.

6.   We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Telegenixx Service(s) for any reason, without notice at any time.

7.   Fraud: Without limiting any other rights or remedies at law or equity, Telegenixx may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or investigation, or otherwise, forcefully removed our branding) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us.

 

8.   Note: Pro-rated refunds are not offered if a subscription plan is cancelled prior to the end of the subscription period.

 

Monthly Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

Telegenixx charges and collects subscription fees in advance for use of the Services. All subscription fees are non-refundable. Once a customer selects a subscription plan and provides billing information, Telegenixx will bill each month with the first payment due on signing.

All subscriptions renew automatically on their due renewal date according to date of purchase until the end of the 90-day subscription period given 30 days following official written cancellation.

 

After the Initial Subscription Period, customers may cancel with 30 days’ notice by emailing: support@Telegenixx.com. If the effective date of such cancellation is the middle of the next billing period, customers will be charged for the next billing period. 

Customers will receive an email from Telegenixx confirming that their subscription to the Services has been cancelled. Important: No refunds or credits for partial months of service will be issued to customer upon cancellation.

 

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the customer is responsible for payments of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

Any currency exchange settlements are based on the customer's agreement with the payment method provider. To be clear: these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Customers can alter their subscription plan for the Services at any time. The customer may alter their subscription through the Telegenixx patient application.

 

The chosen method of billing will automatically be charged the new subscription rate on the next billing cycle.

The new subscription rate will be applied at the next billing cycle.  With regards to changes to lower cost subscription, Telegenixx does not issue refunds or credits for partial monthly services billed at a higher level.

Telegenixx reserves the right to refuse/cancel a subscription to any of the Services bought from Telegenixx.com, If Telegenixx refuses a new or renewing subscription/membership, the consumer will be offered a refund on pro-rata basis of the remaining days in subscription plan purchased.

These above policies apply to all of the Services listed on Telegenixx unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials.
